Our team of enthusiastic and motivated health care professionals aim to provide comprehensive assessment and treatment planning that is based on your individual needs and goals. We provide a full-hour assessment, plenty of one-on-one time with your therapist, and a manual therapy focus. We have a large gym on-site allowing for active treatment with kinesiology services. We provide rehabilitative treatments for the recovery of various orthopedic conditions, including repetitive strain, arthritis, low back pain, and motor vehicle, sports, or work related injuries.
Brian Eason RMT

Brian graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 1997. Since that time Brian has worked in various clinical settings specializing in therapeutic and rehabilitative massage. Some of the positions Brian has held during his career includes instructor of the massage therapy program at the provincial college as clinical supervisor and mentor to a large number of new therapists and students. He was the outreach coordinator which provides services to specific groups within the city and Province who would not have access to treatment such as elderly, veterans, and low income earners. Brian has also earned his level III in advanced foot biomechanics from the orthotic group of Canada.
As a registered massage therapist, Brian is continually participating in advanced education to ensure his practice includes the most effective techniques. Brian is very passionate about his role as a rehabilitative massage therapist. His goal has always been to address his clients’ individual needs and work towards improved health and quality of life. Brian guides his clients with knowledge so they can play an active role in their own long term wellness.
Patricia Hynes RMT

Patricia completed the Massage Therapy Program from Eastern College in St. John's in 2014 and has been practicing massage therapy since 2015. She is a member in good standing of the Newfoundland and Labrador Massage Therapy Association and an active member of the College of Massage Therapy of Newfoundland and Labrador. She also has an Arts degree from Memorial University of Newfoundland as well as a diploma in Aboriginal Early Childhood Education (with Honours) from the College of New Caledonia in Prince George, BC.
Patricia enjoys exploring our beautiful province and counts hiking as her favourite activity, having hiked most of the East Coast Trail and many more throughout the province. She has a passion for improving the health and wellbeing of her clients, and knowing that she can make a difference in people’s lives is very rewarding.

John Scaplen MScPT, CMT, Dip. MDT
John was born and raised in St. John’s where he completed a BSc (Honours) at Memorial University in 2005 and a Masters of Science in Physiotherapy at Dalhousie University in 2012.
After graduation from the MScPT program John’s early career was spent in Calgary, Alberta affording him the opportunity to access substantial continuing education, leading to formal training in Movement Impairment Syndromes, upper and lower extremity advanced course work and Spinal Manipulation.
However, John is most highly trained in and passionate about The McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT), having recently completed a 2-month advanced residency in Austin, Texas while working toward a Diploma in MDT. John has also been an assistant instructor for many MDT courses sharing his skills and passion for this method of treating spine and extremity conditions with other Physiotherapists and Chiropractors in both Canada and the United States.
